  6. Prepare 1 of Carrom seeds.
  7. Use 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.

Steps to make Boondi raita:

  1. Make a thin paste of gramflour with water.
  2. Add red chilli Powder,carrom seeds,salt and little oil.
  3. Now with a steel sieve make boondi and fry in hot oil.
  4. It should be fried till brown.
  5. Grind curd and add water in it.
  6. Add boondis,salt in it.
  7. Heat little oil.
  8. Prepare tempering of curry leaves,cumin seeds,red chilli powder asafoetida.
  9. Pour over the raita.
  10. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
